The Montessori Campus strives to uplift
the standard of authentic Montessori practice in southern
Africa.
Dr Montessori spoke highly of those called to work with
little children stating that: "Whoever
touches the life of the child touches the most sensitive point
of a whole which has roots in the most distant past and climbs
toward the infinite future." We look forward to
joining you on the greatest journey of your life - the discovery
of the child and the Montessori Method of education.
Change the future and become an authentic Montessori Directress

What is The Montessori Campus?
Responding to a world-wide shortage of well qualified Montessori
Teachers, well-respected Montessorians Kitty Bravo, Tim Seldin
(author: How to raise an amazing child. President:The Montessori
Foundation) and Jonathan Wolff, created The Centre for Guided
Montessori Studies (CGMS) offering comprehensive Early Childhood
Montessori Teacher training courses.
The Montessori Campus has been given exclusive rights to
train prospective Montessori Students in Southern Africa in
the internationally accredited CGMS course. CGMS courses are
accredited under the emerging International Montessori Council
(IMC) guidelines. These new IMC guidelines will mandate hours
that exceed MACTE (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher
Education) Standards.

"The training of the teacher is something far more than
a learning of ideas. It includes the training of character;
